The location was perfect for us; it was centrally located to all the sites we wanted to see. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean and reasonable for the price. The beds were very comfortable and mattresses zipped in mattress bags.

the property was very clean, just outdated. The owner was very nice. We were in the area to explore Amish Country and so this place was a great bargain. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a hotel room when we weren’t going to be there a lot.

Location is quiet and even though the hotel is outdated our room was very clean and quiet. Loved the jacuzzi and the little town of newcomerstown is a neat place to drive to.

The property is in a great location. Under new ownership for the past two years, it’s gone through some renovation and is still going through more. Very comfortable rooms, clean, breakfast included. The staff was extremely friendly, caring, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

The location was good being right off the interstate and close to family. I knew 2 of the front desk ladies and they were amazing! The new owner was very friendly and making many great improvements.

Our water pump went out and everyone there was so helpful and the day we put it in it rained all day so they let us pull our truck and trailer under their canopy to work on it, that means more to me than a fancy room ...

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. They were worrying about running hot water, asked us to give them at least a half hour before we run hot water.

We were in a truck with an 8,000lb shipping container on trailer .. our water pump went out and everyone there was so helpful and accommodating to us
